At Advitas, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services being provided digitally and the investment of time and resources involved in delivering them, we have a strict refund policy in place.

1. No Refunds After Payment

Once payment has been made for our services, including but not limited to 360 virtual photography for Google business pages and optimization services for Google listings, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of whether the services have been fully or partially rendered.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

While refunds are not provided after payment, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the services provided, please contact us promptly, and we will make every effort to address and resolve them to your satisfaction.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, we may consider issuing a refund at our discretion. Any such refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback initiated by the client without prior communication or attempt to resolve the issue with Advitas, the client will be responsible for all associated fees and legal expenses incurred by Advitas in disputing the chargeback.
